ABOUT KEVIN CLARK

Musician and drummer who played the role of Freddy Jones in the hit Richard Linklater film School of Rock .

Drumming since the age of three, he did not take private lessons until he was in the 5th grade. He was a member of the Highland Park High School concert band and its jazz bands.

He performed in a band called Blind but was replaced after going to film School of Rock. He also performed in a band called Third Estate.

He had an older brother, Cary, and a younger sister, Nicole. Nicole was an extra in School of Rock.

He played a student of Jack Black 's character in School of Rock.
