New Zealand soap opera actress best known for portraying Sophie McKay on the popular soap opera Shortland Street. She has also had a career as a television host, contributing to both the Erin Simpson Show and the Cadbury Dream Factory. She had a role in the 2023 film M3GAN .
In her late teens, she performed with the Royal New Zealand Ballet and captained a New Zealand cheerleading team that competed in the 2005 World Cheerleading Championships.
She appeared in a 2014 episode of the American ABC sitcom Black-ish. She also played Lauren, the Red Power Ranger, in Power Rangers Samurai .
The daughter of dance teacher Jill Arkley, she grew up in Auckland, New Zealand.
She and Nathalie Boltt both played recurring roles on the New Zealand TV2 series Step Dave.
