ABOUT KRIS JENKINS

Former NFL nose tackle who was a 3-time All Pro during his 10-year NFL career with the Carolina Panthers and New York Jets.

He earned second team All-ACC honors before being drafted 44th overall by the Panthers in 2001.

He reached his only Super Bowl during his 2003 All-Pro season with the Carolina Panthers.

He and his wife Tasiha have three children: Jesse, Kris Jr. and Marcus.

He was teammates with quarterback Mark Sanchez on the New York Jets during his final three NFL seasons.
