ABOUT KRIS ROE

Singer known for being a member of the punk band The Ataris. They formed their band in 1996, and are known for such songs like "The Saddest Song," their cover of Don Henley 's " Boys Of Summer ," and for their album So Long, Astoria. Kris is the only member who has been with the band since its founding.

He grew up loving music, and wrote the first demos for The Ataris using a four track and a drum kit in the garage of his family's home. He sent the demos to numerous recording labels, and the band signed with Colombia Records, which produced their album So Long, Astoria.

He released a solo album. He is passionate about photography, and says he is "addicted" to Diet Coke.

He is married to Denice Roe.

He and his band tour with Alien Ant Farm , Blink-182 , Good Charlotte , and many other bands with music similar to their style.
