ABOUT KUAMI EUGENE
Singer and producer who won legions of new fans as a contestant on season five of the Ghanaian music competition MTN Hitmaker. Since appearing on the show, he has released successful singles like "Angela" and "Confusion." He released a song titled "I Need a Boo" in 2021.
He grew up in the Fadama neighborhood of Accra, Ghana and dropped out of high school at age 16.
He has written songs for Ghanaian artists including Becca and Afia.
His real name is Eugene Marfo. In March of 2024, he posted a Twitter (X) message where he specifically thanked all his family for their constant support of his career. In addition, on X in March of 2023, he posted a tribute to his late father, who was also a singer and musician.
He was featured on the MzVee track "Rewind."
