American pop singer who is best known for having appeared on the 17th season of NBC's highly successful reality show The Voice. She has been a member of Team Gwen, hand- selected by fellow singer Gwen Stefani .

She began singing when she was five years old.

She has written most of her own original music besides providing vocals. She learned to play guitar in middle school. She has performed in various venues throughout the United States.

She was born and raised in a very devout Christian household.

She has appeared on national television alongside fellow musicians Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton .
