ABOUT LAMI PHILLIPS-GBADAMOSI
Singer and songwriter known for her breakout hit, "Know." She has taken breaks from music to act in Nollywood movies and in live productions. Her Lami Phillips YouTube account features her music videos.
She attended the University of Kent in the United Kingdom. She went on to earn an executive MBA from Penn State University .
She has done volunteer work on behalf of women's issues. In December 2009, she released her first full-length album Intuition.
She was born in Chicago to Mr. and Mrs. Olumide Phillips. She later relocated to Lagos, Nigeria with her family, where she was raised. She married Labo Gbadamosi in 2005, and they share two daughters who were born in the United States.
She has collaborated with Tiwa Savage .
