ABOUT LARA ALEKSANDRA GESSLER
Polish chef who is the co-owner of the family restaurant U Fukiera and confectionery shop Sweet Salty. In 2018, she was a participant on TVN reality travel show American Express.
She studied sociology at the Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. She went on to graduate from a confectionery school in London.
On top of her chef work, she runs the blog Loca-Love with Patrycja Pankiewicz. In 2016 she published her first book, Sweet Herbarium Lary.
Her parents are Piotr and Magda Gessler . She married Paweł Pawłowski in 2017.
