ABOUT LARS TAYLOR-TATSUJI NOOTBAAR

American outfielder known for playing with the St. Louis Cardinals . He is also known for having been a starter for college baseball with the USC Trojans.

He started his career at El Segundo High School and was a three-year MVP in baseball and two-year MVP in football.

He was selected in the eighth round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He debuted with the Arizona Cardinals in the 2021 season.

He was born in El Segundo, California. He is the great-grandson of philanthropist Herbert Nootbaar. His father is Dutch and his mother is Japanese. His brother, Nigel, is a professional pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles system.

He and Adam Wainwright have both played for the Cardinals.
