ABOUT LAURA GEMSER
Actress known mainly for her work in erotic Italian cinema, including the Black Emanuelle series and the 1982 film Love is Forever. Her first hit film was Amore Libero or Free Love.
At the age of four she and her family left Indonesia to the Netherlands, where she would later study fashion design at the Artibus Art School in Utrecht.
She made costumes for the 1990 movie Trolls 2, widely considered to be one of the worst films ever made.
She was married to actor Gabriele Tinti until he passed in 1991.
She is often associated with Sylvia Kristel who starred in the original French Emanuelle series.
