Instagram star who is best known for her pilates videos which feature both instructional content in addition to her own personal progress pictures.

Beginning with pilates related content, after her husbands accident, her Instagram became a consistent progress update on his condition and her relentless support. She was then featured in Cosmopolitan for her Instagram and continued to increase her following.

In March of 2017, her husband was in a severe car accident which left him in a coma and needing extensive rehabilitation. She continues to show their loving relationship, her support, and his progress as he continues on his journey to recovery.

Her husband is former Navy SEAL Jonathan Neal Grant.

As an inspirational blogger, she can be seen in relation to others who use social media for the same positive outreach including Gary Vaynerchuk and Pat Flynn .
