ABOUT LAURA OSTERBERG KALMARI
Finnish soccer star who scored 41 goals for the Finnish national team from 1996 to 2011.
She attended the University of Portland before playing in the UEFA Women's Cup in 2000–01.
She set the record for Women's Finnish Footballer of the Year awards, winning it in 1999, 2003, 2006, 2009 and 2010.
She had a daughter named Meja.
She and Heath Pearce both played soccer at the University of Portland.
