Life-coach and self-help author who offers online spirituality and mindfulness courses through her program Higher Self Home. She runs a relaxation podcast, Happy, Holy & Confident.
She studied political science, Spanish and Italian in Dusseldorf and Istanbul.
She has won the Next Level Award and One Story Award for best podcast in Germany.
She and her husband Paul had their first child, a son, on October 3rd, 2018.
She used to do PR for the rapper Bushido , while working as an intern at an advertising agency.
