Lauren Bastide

ABOUT LAUREN BASTIDE

French journalist and radio host who is known for having worked on the editorial staff of the women's weekly fashion magazine Elle as Editor in Chief. She is also known for co-founding the online website Daily Elle of which she also became editor-in-chief.

She studied at the Institut d'etudes politiques de Strasbourg and the Centre de Formation des Journalistes de Paris in 2005. After her work with Elle magazine, she went on to host the weekly show Les Savantes on France Inter.

She is also known for having founded the production studio Nouvelles Ecoutes dedicated to sound creation.

She was born and raised in Paris, France.

She interviewed Aissa Maiga on her weekly La Poudre podcast in May of 2018.
