Reality television personality who rose to fame after competing on the 22nd season of ABC's The Bachelor . She was originally the show's runner-up; but then later proposed to by Arie Luyendyk Jr. in a highly controversial After the Final Rose special.

She obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Old Dominion University in 2015.

She worked as a business solutions sales executive for Vonage.

She has a younger brother named Luke. On March 6, 2018, she and Arie became engaged on live television. They married in Maui in January 2019. Their first child, a daughter, was born in 2019, and their twins were born in June 2021. Together, they run the Lauren & Arie YouTube channel.

She was initially runner-up to contestant Becca Kufrin .
