ABOUT LAUREN KO
Chef and Instagram star best recognized for her unique, colorful and geometric pies. She posts pictures of her pie designs on Instagram for over 390,000 followers, and released a New York Times bestselling cookbook called Pieometry in 2020.
She was born and raised in San Diego but later moved to Seattle. Before content creation, she had a career as a social worker.
She enjoys including her Honduran and Chinese roots in her art and baking through both design and flavors. She is a self-taught baker.
Her parents were immigrants from Hong Kong and Honduras, making her a first-generation US citizen.
She has been featured on Martha Bakes, a TV show by Martha Stewart .
