Popularly known as The Icing Artist, she is a baker who publishes tutorials on YouTube about how to make cakes, cupcakes and other sweets. She has posted videos where she puts her work up against professional bakers and cake decorators.
She found a passion for baking at a young age. She became a licensed cabinetmaker after finishing a four year apprenticeship program.
She began working at a local bakery around the time that she created her YouTube channel in September of 2013. Her origami cake trend video has been viewed over 1 million times since its release. Collectively, her videos have gone on to accrue over 1.3 billion total views.
Her husband and business partner is named Kevin Jones.
She and Yolanda Gampp are both known for being cake artists on YouTube.
