ABOUT LAWRENCE PRESTIDGE

Popular children's author, actor and podcast host best known for writing the 2016 children's book, Terror at the Sweet Shop. His other books include Penguin Beach, and Rolo and Chester's Fairground. He wrote and starred in the Amazon Prime comedy series Keep Calm and Carry On.

He performed as an actor in Disneyland and theatres across London. He also taught drama and special educational needs.

He has spoken publicly about his experience with years-long depression. Looking for a solution to his mental health problems, he re-discovered children's literature.
