Fitness lover, foodie and wellness blogger known for her holistic lifestyle blog called Lee from America. Her colorful creations and wellness tips and tricks have earned her over 220,000 followers on her Instagram account under the same name.

She originally began blogging on the website For The Love of Peanut Butter. However, she deleted it on a whim in 2010, eventually beginning again on Lee from America in 2014.

In 2015, she released her limited edition food magazine called The Clean Green Zine.

Many members of her family were chefs, both professionally and unprofessionally. She suffered from an eating disorder when she was 18.

She's friends with fellow foodie blogger and Instagrammer Jeannette Ogden .
