YouTube star and entrepreneur best known as the CEO of Acquisition.com. She is also the co-founder of Gym Launch, Prestige Labs, and ALAN. Her self-titled YouTube channel has garnered over 149 million views.

In 2014, she graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Michigan University .

She was a personal trainer for
24 Hour Fitness from 2015 to 2016. By the age of 30, her portfolio of companies crossed $200M per year in revenue which included brick & mortar service, licensing, education, SAAS, and e-commerce.

She is the daughter of Koorosh Naghshineh. She is married to her husband and business partner Alex Hormozi .

Her husband was on the Lewis Howes podcast in July 2022.
