American actor and minister who became known for portraying Jackson in Lone Wolf McQuade and for playing Troy in Knights of the City. He amassed over 20 different acting roles throughout his career.
Before he found success as an actor, he worked as a DJ by the name of "Leon the Lover."
He opened his own ministry, Kennedy Healing Love Ministries, in Burbank, California. He produced multiple films of the Penitentiary franchise.
He was married to Jayne Kennedy from 1970 to 1982 and after their divorce, married Lolita Armbrister in 1995.
Smokey Robinson was the best man at his first wedding and the two later went into business together.
