ABOUT LEOVEGILDO LINS DA GAMA JúNIOR

Brazilian former professional soccer player who gained fame playing for Flamengo. He also played for Pescara, Torino, and the Brazilian national team.

He started his career by joining Flamengo's youth team in 1973.

He was awarded Best Player in Beach Soccer World Championship in 1995, 1997, 1998, and 2000.

His parents are Wilma de Melo Gama and Leovegildo Lins Gama.

He was named as one of the top 125 greatest living soccer players by Pele in March 2004.
