ABOUT LES BROWN
Bandleader and composer for the Band of Renown who recorded "Sentimental Journey" and "I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm."
He went to Duke University where he led a band called Les Brown and His Blue Devils, which later became the Band of Renown.
His band appeared in The Nutty Professor, starring Jerry Lee Lewis .
He was married to Gladys Knight from 1995 until 1997. He has a total of 10 children.
He appeared as part of the house band for The Dean Martin Variety Show from 1965 to 1972.
