ABOUT LINDITA HALIMI
Known simply by the stage name Lindita, she is an award-winning Kosovo-Albanian singer who first rose to fame competing on Ethet, the Albanian Idol competition.
She made her musical debut in 2007 when she released the debut single "Vetëm sytë e tu."
In 2016, she competed on the final season of American Idol.
She was born in Vitina, SFR Yugoslavia, in what would later become known as Kosovo. She moved to the United States in 2013.
In 2017, she would compete against Jacques Houdek and Claudia Faniello while representing Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest.
