Best known for her work on the television series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and The Wonder Years. She also appeared in the films A Good Old Fashioned Orgy, She's Out of My League and Bring It On.

She began her acting career at a young age and she signed with an agent at age eight.

She was a bridesmaid at the wedding of Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. .

She married Dar Rollins in 2004. They have two daughters named Maxwell Lue and Pippa Jean.

She had a recurring role in season seven of Weeds, which starred Mary-Louise Parker .
