ABOUT LINDY BARBER

Bodybuilder and CrossFit athlete who has qualified for the CrossFit Games after being told she would never squat again. She has more than 70,000 followers on her lindybarber Instagram account.

She grew up playing soccer, dance, volleyball, basketball, and track before eventually settling on soccer. She played for two years at the University of Dayton.

She first competed in a CrossFit competition in 2011 when her lower back snapped, leaving her unable to walk.

She got a dog named Titus in July 2011.

She and Brooke Wells are both CrossFit athletes.
