ABOUT LIZHA JAMES

Mozambican singer known for the albums Rainha do Ragga and Sentimentos de Mulher. She won a Channel O Music Award every year from 2006-2009.

She started singing while in church and joined a house music group at the age of 14. In 2000, she released her first solo album.

Her songs often include a mix of English and Portuguese. Her full name is Elisa Lisete James Humbane.

She was born to Jaime James Humbane and Madalena Fernando. She married Bang, the founder of Bang Entertainment, in 2010.

Anselmo Ralph was one of a number of famous African artists who attended her wedding.
