Ljubco Georgievski
ABOUT LJUBCO GEORGIEVSKI
Politician who served as the Republic of Macedonia's third Prime Minister from 1998 to 2002. He led the republic during the Albanian-Macedonian Conflict in 2001 and later signed the Ohrid Agreement, which ended it.
He became a member of the Movement for All-Macedonian Action in his twenties.
His political views can be classified as right-wing and anti-Communist and he founded the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization - Democratic Party for Macedonian National Unity.
He married Snezana Georgievska and had one child.
He and Azerbaijan politician, Rahim Huseynov , were both third Prime Ministers of their respective countries during the 1990s.
