Vietnamese pop singer who started the production company Loan Châu Music.

Growing up in a family devoid of musical talent, her parents pushed her to pursue music after noticing that she had a gift.

Four years after arriving in California, she won top honors at a karaoke competition in Orange County, California.

She was born in Saigon, Vietnam but relocated to the United States in the early 1990's.

She and Vietnamese politician Ho Chi Minh were both born in Saigon.
