Lorie Kane

ABOUT LORIE KANE

Canadian professional golfer who had four LPGA Tour wins in the early 2000s. She represented Canada in the World Cup in 2005, 2006, and 2008 at the professional level.

She attended Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

She was the 1998 recipient of the LPGA Heather Farr Player Award and the 2000 winner of the LPGA William and Mousie Powell Award.

She was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, and she later settled in Orlando, Florida.

She defeated fellow golfer, Annika Sorenstam , to win the 2001 LPGA Takefuji Classic in Hawaii.
