ABOUT LOUIS HEAD

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Cleveland Indians during the 18th round of the 2012 MLB Draft. He signed a minor league contract with the Tampa Bay Rays on February 12, 2021.

He enrolled at Texas Tech University , where he played baseball for two seasons before transferring to Texas State University .

He made his major league debut pitching against the Toronto Blue Jays on April 25, 2021 as a member of the Rays.

He and his wife, Jennry, were married in March 2021.

He played alongside Austin Meadows and Mike Zunino as a member of the Rays during the 2021 MLB season.
