Her parents split when she was young under tragic circumstances and she grew up in a broken household. Despite this, she found solace throughout her life in the church.

She has a self-titled YouTube channel where she has posted favorites videos, pregnancy videos, and other lifestyle vlogs.

Born in Australia, she later settled in Los Angeles, California. She and her husband Benjamin Houston have four children: Savannah, Lexi, Bailey, and Blaze.

Her mother- and father-in-law are Hillsong pastors Bobbie and Brian Houston .
