She was born to Eddie De La Garza and Dianna Hart . She has two half-siblings, fellow actors Demi Lovato and Dallas Lovato . She and her partner, Ryan Mitchell, announced they were expecting their first child together. In October 2024, she announced that she had experienced a miscarriage.
She acted opposite Teri Hatcher on Desperate Housewives.
