Blues musician known for his tremolo-guitar playing and who recorded "All Your Love" and "Feelin' Good (We're Gonna Boogie)."
He was drafted into the U.S. Army but left after a couple of week's service and was given a dishonorable discharge.
His career was cut short when he died unexpectedly of a heart attack at the age of thirty-two.
His uncle "Shakey" Jake Harris was also his manager.
He claimed to have learned guitar by listening to records by Muddy Waters .
