ABOUT MAMNOON HUSSAIN

Indian-born politician who was elected President of Pakistan in 2013 and was a member of the Pakistan Muslim League political party.

He graduated from the Institute of Business Administration and served, for a time, as President of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

For less than four months, he served as Governor of Sindh.

He was born in Agra, India and migrated with his family to Karachi in 1949.

He succeeded Asif Ali Zardari as President of Pakistan.
