ABOUT MARCELINA DAROWSKA
Polish nun who cofounded the Congregation of the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
She attended school for three years in Odessa.
She made it her mission to found schools in rural areas of Poland.
She married Karol Darowski in 1849 but was widowed just three years later.
She was beatified by Pope John Paul II in 1996.
