ABOUT MARCO RUIZ
He is best known for his time in the European Tour, and was the winner of the 1999 Venezuela PGA Championship.
He won back-to-back Paraguay Junior Championships in 1989 and 1990.
His godfather is famous golfer Vicente Fernandez.
He was born in Asuncion, Paraguay.
In 2003 he competed in his first Open Championship, against stars such as Tiger Woods .
