ABOUT MARIA HATZISTEFANIS

Greek entrepreneur and author who founded the skincare line Rodial in 1999, dedicated to offering women natural alternatives to cosmetic procedures. She has written several books on business, including How to Be an Overnight Success. She promotes her current projects on her mrsrodial Instagram account, where she has garnered more than 850,000 followers.

She began her career as a beauty editor before going on to earn and MBA at Columbia University Business School.

She expanded Rodial into makeup in September 2022, releasing several skincare-makeup hybrid products, including tinted lip butters and BB creams.

She was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She and her husband have two sons.
