ABOUT MARK HEAP
Actor who starred as Brian Topp on the British sitcom Spaced and played Dr. Alan Statham in Green Wing. He also played Jim Bell in Friday Night Dinner . He is also known for his roles in television comedies, including, Brass Eye, Big Train, Spaced, Jam, Upstart Crow, and Benidorm.
He was part of a street theatre duo called The Two Marks.
He had minor roles in films such as About a Boy , Tim Burton 's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory . And in 1983 he appeared as a torch-juggler in the James Bond film Octopussy .
He was raised the youngest of five brothers and married Bridget Thornborrow.
He appeared in the 2013 film, The World's End , starring Simon Pegg .
