ABOUT MARTHA DE LAURENTIIS
American film producer best known for producing Hannibal, Red Dragon and U-571. She passed away on December 4, 2021 at the age of 67.
She attended Ball State University and worked as a model before becoming a film producer.
She and her husband founded the Dino De Laurentiis production company in 1980.
She was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania but grew up in Piqua, Ohio. Her husband Dino De Laurentiis was also a successful film producer. The couple had two daughters named Carolyn and Dina.
She did production work on the 1979 action thriller The Warriors, which starred Michael Beck .
