He was a teacher at the Los Angeles A Cappella Festival in February of 2017.

His joint YouTube channel originally belonged to his partner. One of the first videos he was a part of before it became his channel as well was "GOOD, BAD, & WORST DATING ADVICE | ft. Mason & Mel."

He has a dog named Herbie.
