ABOUT MATHEUS PEREIRA

Winger who began his senior career with Sporting CP B in 2014. He has gone on to compete for such clubs as Grupo Desportivo de Chaves and FC Nürnberg.

He moved from Brazil to Portugal as a child and joined Sporting CP's youth system at age 14.

He was named to the Europa League Team of the Week in 2015.

His parents are Alexandre and Viviana Pereira.

He was managed by Jorge Jesus at Sporting CP.
