Right-handed batsman known as "Hobs" who joined Sussex in 2013.
He made his professional debut for Cardiff MCCU in 2012.
He received his education at Millfield School and Eastbourne College.
He was born and raised in Sussex, England.
He joined Sussex after the departure of former captain Chris Adams .
