Former journeyman midfielder whose career spanned from 1997 to 2010; scored 19 goals in 88 appearances with St Albans City F.C. from 2004 to 2008.
He received a BA in business studies from Bournemouth University.
He spent the last few years of his career playing for Sutton United.
He was born and raised in Saffron Walden, England.
He and defender Glen Thomas both played for Peterborough United in the 1990s.
