ABOUT MATISYAHU
Hasidic rapper who blends hip-hop and reggae. He is best known for his 2005 single "King Without A Crown." In 2016, he released a five-song EP called Release the Bound. He performed at the Dry Diggings Camping & Music Festival in 2022.
He attended Alexander Muss High School in Israel.
He played the role of Tzadok in The Possession, a supernatural horror film released in 2012. He released a self-titled album, Matisyahu in 2022.
Has three children with his wife Talia Miller.
His style was influenced by Bob Marley .
