ABOUT MAX SCHARPING

Professional offensive lineman that was taken by the Houston Texans during the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He was later acquired by the Cincinnati Bengals via waivers in August 2022.

Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Northern Illinois University . While there, he was named to the First Team All-MAC three different times.

He made his official NFL debut playing against the New Orleans Saints during week one of the 2019 regular season. He and the Texans lost the game 30-28.

He was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

He was taken during the 2019 NFL Draft just like Joey Bosa .
