Freelance makeup artist who gained fame for her MayraTouchOfGlam YouTube channel. She has earned more than 2 million subscribers by posting makeup tutorials, product reviews, and tag videos. She has been known especially for her in depth eye and eye brow tutorials.

She opened her YouTube channel in September 2012 and followed with her first video, "Mermaid Halloween makeup tutorial," in October.

She has a second YouTube channel for vlogging and a third used for makeup tutorials in Spanish. One of her most watched YouTube videos featured a number of hacks for overweight individuals and has been viewed over 35 million times since May of 2016.

She introduced her twin sister Karina , who is also a beauty vlogger, to her subscribers in the video "Twin Tag!" She got engaged to Bryan Renteria in June 2016 after dating for seven years. They married in September 2017. In June 2021 they announced that they were expecting their first child together. Her son Bryan Renteria Jr. was born on September 1st, 2021, when she was only 25 weeks pregnant. On October 16th, 2021, he passed away. She gave birth to her second child Noah Bryan Renteria on April 8th, 2023.

In May 2015, she posted "Get Ready With Us: Generation Beauty" with fellow beauty vlogger Yasmin Torres .
