ABOUT MECHACK JEROME
Haitian defender who began his MLS career with Sporting Kansas City in 2013 after spending two years with the USL's Orlando City.
He first played professionally for Haiti's Baltimore Sportif Club in 2006.
He joined the Haitian national team in 2006.
His father, also named Mechack Jerome, coached his son's first soccer teams.
He became teammates with Josh Gardner on Sporting Kansas City in 2013.
