ABOUT MEHDI GHAYEDI

Men's left winger who was first signed by the Iranjavan Football Club as a teenager in 2016. He led the entire UAE Pro League in goals while playing with Shabab Al Ahli. He has also played for the Iranian men's national team during his professional career.

He initially began his soccer career with Iranjavan's youth club. He was just 12 years old at the time.

He made his official international team debut while playing against Uzbekistan on October 8, 2020. He and his team won the match 2-1.

He and his wife, Setareh, were married in October 2019. He is a native of Bushehr, Iran.

He has played alongside Ehsan Hajsafi as a member of the Iranian men's national team during his professional career.
