ABOUT MELISSA MACEDO
Actress and singer known for performing in the band Macedo with her twin sister Michelle Macedo . She starred in the TV series Girlboss . Her acting credits also include the 2017 films Blood Heist and Confessions of a Teenage Jesus Jerk.
She attended an all-girls Catholic high school in Pasadena.
In 2015, she and her sister co-founded a theater company called World Kin Ensemble.
She grew up in a musical family. Family gatherings featured everyone singing and playing instruments. She and her sister began playing the piano at age three.
Her musical influences included Feist , Ella Fitzgerald and Joni Mitchell .
